We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer a ‘10-Day-No-Quibble’ Return or Exchange Policy to give you added piece of mind when buying online.

We are happy to refund or exchange items purchased (exclusions apply) provided they are returned to us in perfect, unworn / unused conditions with all tags and original packaging still intact within 10 days from receipt of purchase.

The following items are excluded from our ‘10-Day-No-Quibble’ Return or Exchange Policy:

Earrings and sets containing earrings (for hygiene reasons); and

Made to measure/order and personalised/customised products.

This does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.

We are happy to exchange items purchased (exclusions apply) provided they are returned to us in perfect, unworn / unused conditions with all tags and original packaging still intact within 10 days from receipt of purchase.

You are responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us via an insured signed for service.

Please allow 5 working days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
