Delivery Information

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) same day, subject to stock availability and security checks.

Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or during Bank Holiday’s will be processed the next working day.

Made to measure/order and personalised/customised orders will take longer to dispatch (up to 21 days) however, an estimated timescale for delivery will be provided at the time of order.

Orders including a mix of 'stock' and made to measure/order and personalised/customised products, will usually be shipped together.

Royal Mail's First Class Recorded                            £3.95            normally arrive within 1-2 working days
Royal Mail's Special Delivery                                     £6.95            normally arrive next working day (when ordered prior to 1pm)

Royal Mail's European Signed for Service               £8.95            normally arrive within 3-7 working days

International (Rest of World)
Royal Mail's International Signed for Service          £11.95          normally arrive within 5-10 working days

European and International customers should be advised that deliveries out with the UK may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to products purchased from us.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services/customs and we are unable to offer any assistance with your countries customs and importation services.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed due to factors out with our control, including (but not limited to) postal strikes, customs delays, bad weather etc.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.

For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address.
